*Four (4) parking vouchers will be given away for The Flea Market.

ELIGIBILITY: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Contest is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia) and legal residents of Canada, eighteen (18) years of age or older. Void where prohibited. Employees, officers and directors of Lenat & Partners, Inc., Northern California Attractions Association, its member attractions, their respective parents, immediate family (defined as parents, spouses, children, siblings and grandparents) and household members of each such employee, officer, and director are not eligible. By participating, entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Northern California Attractions Association/Lenat & Partners, Inc., which are final and binding in all respects.

HOW TO ENTER: Visit www.sfbayfun.com and follow the links and instructions to complete the registration. Complete and submit the registration including a valid home address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. One (1) entry per email address.

SELECTION OF WINNER: One winner will be randomly selected from all entries received each week. Winner will be notified within one week of drawing. Potential winner must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. The potential winner will be notified by mail, phone, or email within seven (7) days of the drawing. If potential winner cannot be contacted within the required time period (if applicable), or prize is returned as undeliverable, potential winner forfeits prize. In that event, an alternate entrant will be selected.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By receipt of any prize, winner agrees that Lenat & Partners, Inc., and Northern California Attractions Association member organizations, including, but not limited to Gilroy Gardens Family Theme Park, California’s Great America, Roaring Camp Railroad, Classic Sightseeing Adventures, Ripley’s Believe It or Not!, The Flea Market and The Winchester Mystery House, their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, and the agents, employees, directors and officers of these companies (the “Released Parties”) are not liable whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize or from winner’s participation in this Sweepstakes.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) incorrect or inaccurate information whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes (2) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctions, interruptions or disconnections in phone lines or network, hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property, including but not limited to entrant’s computer, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in Sweepstakes, receipt or use or misuses of any price, or from downloading any material from www.sfbay.com.
